You say you do not compromise on quality or service, so how can you offer me something similar to your major competitors at a lower price?
Our expenses are minimal, as we save on sending glossy brochures, local premises and associated staff costs. As a Nationwide Company, we run from our workshop in Chapel En Le Frith and we can serve our customers just as well and pass these savings directly onto you.
I have seen a Memorial I would like in another brochure, can you help?
Just let us know where you have seen it and we will quote you like for like.
I would like a special emblem on the Memorial?
We have hundreds of designs ranging from animals, football badges, flowers, religious symbols, sporting emblems etc. Alternatively, if you have a favourite picture or badge you would like embossed onto your Memorial, we can do this for you also.
Do you erect the Memorial for me?
Yes, of course this is all part of our service and commitment to you.
Do I have to worry about the many rules and regulations governing Memorials?
No. We will take care of this for you. Your Memorial should be in harmony with the surroundings of the Cemetery and Churchyard and therefore Local Authorities, Cemeteries and Churchyards have imposed Memorial specifications to ensure this.
How soon can I have my Memorial fitted after a burial?
Some Burial Authorities require 6 months to allow the ground to settle before a Memorial can be fitted. This safeguards against subsidence which is common in the more established graveyards. However. Crematoriums are often quicker – we will advise you with any order.
How long does it take?
An average order takes between 3 – 6 weeks. However, if you need it sooner just let us know and we will do all we can to accomodate you.
How do I pay?
You can pay using any Visa, Switch or debit card at no extra cost. Alternatively, if you prefer you can send us a cheque or bankers draft.
